The St. Louis Senior Olympics is a Masters-style athletic competition that promotes the health and wellness by providing opportunities to participate in competitive sports and social events. Participants must turn 50 by December 31 of the competition year. St. Louis is proud to host one of the most prestigious Senior Games in the country. With the help of 300+ volunteers, more than 1,200 athletes are able to participate in more than 90 events over Memorial Day Weekend each year.
